First, we start with High Quality Popcorn.

We then heat vegetable oil in our custom made Kettle. Next, we add the popcorn and at just the right times, we add the sugar and the salt.

Stir like crazy, with a wooden paddle! Why? If you don't you will burn the batch!

When the corn is popped just right, the Kettle is quickly poured into the screening barrel to remove any un-popped kernels.
|
A little cooling and our crisp, fresh Kettle Corn is bagged and ready to eat. No big automation here, each bag is hand popped and hand packaged!
